February Moodboard: Olive, Oxblood & Powder Blue

Rich, grounding tones meet lifted, powdery blue in this bedroom study. An olive headboard anchors the bed, while an oxblood carpet brings warmth and depth underfoot. Burr wood, brushed metal and intimate artwork introduce texture and contrast, creating a space that feels layered, deliberate and slightly unexpected.

This palette works particularly well in smaller or heritage rooms, where contrast can define proportion without overwhelming the space. Saturated flooring and mid-tone walls create atmosphere, while cooler upper walls keep the room feeling open. The result is a bedroom that feels enveloping yet balanced, composed rather than heavy.
